Louisbourg Seafoods
Louisbourg Seafoods Limited is where our company got its start in the
fish processing business. Because of this, we often consider
Louisbourg Seafoods as the parent to all our other companies. However,
Louisbourg Seafoods is also the name of our snow crab processing
facility located in Louisbourg, Nova Scotia. Started in May 1984,
Louisbourg Seafoods has become famous for producing a top quality snow
crab product under the Mira Bay brand.
Louisbourg Seafoods
produces brine-frozen snow crab sections from only top quality,
wild-caught snow crab from the naturally fresh waters of Eastern Nova
Scotia.
